Unless image rights to a specific piece are purchased, I maintain all rights to the artwork that I create. This includes but is not limited to the original artwork, sold artwork, commissioned pieces, reproductions, and photographs of the piece. This means that I maintain the right to make reproductions of any of my artworks for which I maintain imaging rights.

A collector or company may purchase imaging rights of my artwork for an additional fee or a licensing agreement. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your original paintings.

A collector who has not specifically purchased image rights to my original artwork or reproductions may not reproduce the piece in any way without my prior written permission. Purchased artwork—including original pieces and reproductions—may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Any collector who has purchased my artwork—with or without also purchasing imaging rights—has the right to display the artwork in their homes or businesses. Please provide credit for the work if it is included in a magazine or other media along with images of the interior of your home or business, or if it is included in the collector’s personal social media.
